- Submit appropriate resumes and summary of qualifications to client
- Follow-up with client and candidates
- Coordinate telephone and in person interviews with client and candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews and debrief after interviews
- Perform thorough reference checks and present to client
- Following client selection, negotiate offers of employment including start date
